After nearly 50 years of dedicated, visionary, and faithful leadership, Rev. Dr. H. Walden Wilson has announced his retirement, marking the close of an extraordinary chapter in the life of Israel Baptist Church. As we prayerfully prepare for this important transition, the church is now embarking on a sacred journey to identify the next pastor who will help lead Israel Baptist into its next season of ministry and impact.
The Pastoral Search Committee invites you to share your voice during this important season in the life of our church. This survey is designed to help us understand the perspectives, priorities, and hopes of those connected to Israel Baptist Church as we continue seeking God’s direction for future pastoral leadership.
The survey takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous, and every voice is valued.
